The modifier values for Damage Gained as Extra Elemental Damage, Increased Mana Regeneration Rate, Increased Critical Hit Chance for Spells and Increased Critical Spell Damage Bonus are now around 50% higher than the corresponding modifiers on Wands and Foci.
For Martial Weapons, the Critical Damage Bonus you can roll has been reduced from +39% to +25% while the Corruption Implicit has been lowered from +10 - 15% to +5 - 10%. Existing items are unaffected but can be made worse with a Divine Orb.
