There are three bosses in the Campaign which you can defeat to get a permanent upgrade of 100 Maximum Spirit total.

The “+X to Spirit” prefix modifier appears on Body Armour and Amulets. Additionally, Sceptres can increase your Maximum Spirit and provide even more when they have the “X% Increased Spirit” modifier.

Path of Exile 2 - Maximum Spirit By Reserving Less Spirit

Reducing the Spirit Reservation of your skills allows more Spirit for other abilities. Minion-focused builds should consider the Lord of Horrors notable passive, while Fate Finding is another option for reducing Herald skill reservations.

POE 2 - Arctic Armour

Path of Exile 2 introduces a new resource to the game with Spirit. Spirit is used for skills that have effects that linger such as buffs, auras, and permanent minions.

In the previous game, Life and Mana had to be allocated for these effects but with this new resource, players can now create builds more efficiently.
