Omen of Sinistral Necromancy is a consumable item that you activate in your inventory to affect your next Desecration attempt. While active, it forces the craft to add only Prefix modifiers, making it valuable for targeting stats like flat damage, life, or defenses. Best used when you want to stack strong Prefixes without risking unwanted Suffixes.

How to Use Omen of Sinistral Necromancy
Checkmark Activate the Omen. Right-click the Omen in your inventory to set it as active. Only one Omen can be active at a time.
Checkmark Use Desecration. While active, your next Desecration attempt will add only Prefix modifiers to the item. This makes it ideal for targeting powerful Prefixes while avoiding unwanted Suffixes.
Checkmark Consumes on use. The Omen is taken from your inventory once it alters a Desecration attempt.
Checkmark Use strategically. Activate before Desecrating high-value items where strong Prefixes (like flat damage, life, or defenses) are critical.
