Zarokh's Reliquary Key: Against the Darkness is obtained as a random drop for defeating the boss Zarokh, the Temporal.

Zarokh, the Temporal is a pinnacle boss for the Trial of the Sekhemas at the end of the fourth floor of the trial. You'll need a Djinn Barya of at least Area Level 75 to start the boss encounter.
