The Incense Relic is an item used in the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2). Learn about the effects, as well as how to get and use the Incense Relic here.

Incense Relic can be obtained throughout the Trial of the Sekhemas. You can get this by opening chests, defeating mobs, or purchasing it from the merchant inside the Trial.
In the Official Path of Exile 2 Website, you can use the Trading Page to easily search for items that are being sold. You can use this to purchase items in exchange for different currencies.
You can use the Incense Relic by placing this item on the Relic Altar at the start of the Trial of the Sekhemas, this will grant you additional effects during your trial.
