Jiquani's Machinarium is an area that can be accessed from Chimeral Wetlands. You'll be led to this place if you're doing the Legacy of the Vaal main quest.
This area has a maze-like layout with cramped halls that lead into rooms separated by thick walls and doors. The area is full of enemies such as Vaal Skeletal Squires, Stone Sentinels, and Pale-Stitched Stalkers. The enemies here can quickly corner and overwhelm you, so be careful! Also, look for Small Soul Cores needed to open Stone Altars and progress through the area. You will enter The Oubliette near one of the checkpoints, where you must fight Blackjaw, the Remnant. This boss uses physical and fire-based attacks to fight. Though its moves are telegraphed and somewhat easy to react to, getting hit can sometimes one-shot you!
Going to Jiquani's Machinarium

| 2 |  Look for the entrance to Jiquani's Machinarium within Chimeral Wetlands. |
| 3 |  Enter Jiquani's Machinarium after defeating Xyclucian, the Chimera. |
To unlock Jiquani's Machinarium, you must first defeat Xyclucian, the Chimera in the Chimeral Wetlands.

Once you enter Jiquani's Machinarium from Chimeral Wetlands, you will encounter a waypoint. You cannot trace your steps back to exit the area, so the only way to get out would be through the waypoint or by creating a portal to Town.
You will most likely find Blackjaw, the Remnant near the entrance to Jiquani's Sanctum, which is on the opposite side of the waypoint.

While Mektul has a few dangerous attacks, the real challenge in this fight is the time limit. If you take too long, molten gold will flood the arena, dealing heavy Fire Damage every second. Adjust and optimize your build to ensure you defeat Mektul before the arena is overwhelmed!
