Temple of Kopec is a temple that can be accessed from Ziggurat Encampment. You'll be led to this place if you're doing the Legacy of the Vaal main quest.
This area can be unlocked through a Key you can get from the Apex of Filth. The area has a triangular layout divided into three floors, requiring you to fight to the bottom. You will have to fight Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun, once you reach the Altar of the Sun on the bottom.

Going to Temple of Kopec

Temple of Kopec Map Layout

Once you enter the Temple of Kopec from the Ziggurat Encampment, you will encounter a waypoint. The area comprises three levels, with the first two areas shaped like a triangle with stairs on one of the points. The stairs lead you down to the next level. On the third and final floor, you will encounter the Altar of the Sun, where you can fight Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun.
It is important to note that the areas are randomly generated and that the maps used are meant to serve as a general guide to the map layout.
