Dropped by Enemies in Apex of Filth

Blue Mushroom is dropped by enemies in Apex of Filth during Act 3. Simply roam around the area and defeat enemies until it drops.

While defeating enemies, it's possible that a Red Mushroom or Green Mushroom may drop instead.

How to Use Blue Mushroom

Use in the Cauldron in Apex of Filth

Blue Mushroom is used by interacting with the Cauldron in the Apex of Filth, just in front of the Cauldron Keeper, which you can find near a checkpoint.

When you have the Blue Mushroom, along with the Red Mushroom and Green Mushroom in your inventory, simply click the cauldron to receive your rewards.This is a hidden quest that cannot be tracked during Act 3.
