Wilbur is a pilot for Dodo Airlines. He flies you to Harv's Island, Mystery Island, or friends' island either in online play or local play.
During Mystery Island Tours, you can talk to him on the Dock to buy tools, liquidate and deliver items, and more!

You can find Wilbur at any time of the day in the Dock of Mystery Islands or Harv's Island.
