Head to the Paradise Planning Office and use the amiibo reader on Lottie's desk. It appears to function similarly to your island's Nook Stop Terminal.
Scan the amiibo card or figure on the NFC touchpoint of your Nintendo Switch to call the character!
Once scanned, you'll get in touch with your prospective client who is pleased to hear that you're offering to build them their vacation home!
You can also invite Special Characters like Isabelle and set them up with their dream vacation home provided that you have their amiibo cards!
