The Wallpaper / carpets you get from Saharah are always the same for her current visit, but the ones traded for tickets are not! Trade 5 tickets for a wallpaper / carpet and check if you like the one you got, if not, reset and talk to her again. Changing the internal clock on your Switch to before 5 in the morning and letting Isabelle anounce a new day will also reset the visitor on this day, so you could get multiple wallpapers / carpets. (this also works for the other visitors, like Flick)
