How to Scan amiibo in Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Use the Nook Stop Terminal
| ① |  Go to the Nook Stop terminal located inside the Resident Services and use it to invite an amiibo camper. |

| ② |  Tap the amiibo on your right stick. This works for both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. |
| * |  For the Controller Pro 2, tap the amiibo on the center logo area. |
| ③ | After confirming the camper, check your Campsite and invite the camper to your island. |

Special collaboration furniture and outfits for The Legend of Zelda or Splatoon will automatically unlock in Nook Shopping after scanning their respective amiibo. This can be any amiibo as long as they are from the collaborated series.
