You can get DIY recipes for Ice (Frozen) items from perfect Snowboys, which you can build by putting together 2 snowballs. This is only available for a limited period during the season of winter, so be sure to build one every day! You can also get 1 Large Snowflake by talking to a perfect Snowboy each day before they melt.

How to Make a Perfect Snowman (Snowboy)
Building perfect Snowboys is not an easy task. We recommend using our Trading Board to get the recipes you want!
Recipe and Fruit Trading Board (291984)
These are special DIY furniture and items that you can craft using snowflakes that are only available for a short period of time.
Large snowflakes can only be obtained from perfect Snowboys by talking to them each day before they melt.

These materials are also required to craft items from the Snowflake series.
Snowballs, which are used to build Snowboys, are also available on the same period as snowflakes are, as shown on the table above.
You need perfect Snowboys to get Large Snowflakes and an Ice (Frozen) DIY recipe.
For a limited period, watch as snowflakes fall, and your island gets covered in snow. Collect snowflakes to craft Ice (Frozen) items, as well as Snowflake items.
Snowballs will also start appearing, which you can roll to form Snowboys.
