Snowboy can only appear when there is snow piled up on your island, and unlike the other island guests, you have to make him yourself.
Guide to Make a Perfect Snowboy
Snowboy's Ice (Frozen) Series
Making a perfect Snowboy will make him give you a DIY Recipe from the Ice (Frozen) Series. Make sure to make Snowboys everyday to collect them all!

Snowboy's Large Snowflakes
Perfect Snowboys will also give you a Large Snowflake every day. Since Snowboys last for a total of 4 days, you can get four Large Snowflakes per Snowboy!

After being made, Snowboy can last up to 4 days.
Why Isn't Snowboy Showing Up? (Troubleshooting)
Unlike other Special Characters on your island, Snowboy will not automatically appear. You will have to make him by putting snowballs on top of each other and bringing him to life!
