We've found for most islands, the ocean is the closest body of water to the plaza! Once the tourney starts, run directly south from the plaza to go to the ocean.
Fish Bait will help spawn more fish!
Depending on how quickly the fish bite, you'll use up an average of 10 bags of fish bait per round.
The April Fishing Tourney may sometimes overlap with the Bunny Day event.
When it does, we recommend avoiding medium-sized fish as these will most likely be water eggs. This will not count as fish and you will not gain points for catching these.
