Try out some simple stretches by approaching the tape deck at the plaza in front of Resident Services.
Group stretching is available all year round and can be started at any time.
You can select whether to follow group stretching through button or motion controls.
Motion controls allow you to actually perform the stretching poses along with your resident.
Participate in group stretching by following the instructions on screen. There is no particular timing involved when following the instructions, so you can exercise to your comfort level.
You can earn additional Nook Miles through the Nook Mileage Program based on the number of days you participate in group stretching.
Joining group stretching more than once a day will not count towards the activity.
After completing 50 group stretches, you'll be rewarded with new reactions! Check this page in the future as we update this section with a full list of reactions!

Stretch it out together when you invite friends to your island, or when you're visiting someone else's island! Visitors will automatically join group stretching activities while on your island.
Up to 9 participants can join the group stretching activity, including you. These participants will include random villagers and special characters from your island, as well as any visitors you have that day.
You actually get items too! So far I have done 10 days and I got a nook Inc leotard and yoga mat
