How to Unlock Splatoon Items
Scan Any Splatoon amiibo
To unlock all Splatoon-themed items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you need to scan any amiibo from belonging to the Splatoon series.
To do this, head to Resident Services and access the Nook Stop on the right of the building. select Invite amiibo Camper to invite either Viche or Cece in your campsite.

Order Items from Nook Shopping
After using a Splatoon amiibo and inviting either Viche or Cece on your island, all Splatoon-themed items will be unlocked at the Nook Shopping menu. You can access this from the Nook Stop in Resident Services or from the Nook Shopping App on your in-game phone, which is unlocked after purchasing 100 items from the Nook Stop.
Do note that you can only order up to five items per day from Nook Shopping. You can time travel to get all the items immediately, provided if you have Bells, but if that's not your cup of tea, make sure to select the items that you want to get first.

All Splatoon-themed items in the game were added in the 3.0.0 update, which added the hotel and a bunch of new features.
Zelda-themed items are also available when you scan any amiibo from The Legend of Zelda series.
