Island Tune Share Board
To change the Island Tune, the first thing you need to do is to upgrade Resident Services. The option will not be unlocked until this occurs.
Island Upgrades Walkthrough
After upgrading Resident Services, Isabelle will come to the island. Ask her to Change the island tune. Then, you'll gain access to the Island Tune Creator and be able to compose your own Island Tune.
