Crazy shopping spree at Harv's Plaza? Fret not! Our old pal Tortimer's here to help you manage your inventory and free up some space with the Version 2.0 for Animal Crossing: New Horizons (ACNH)! Learn about the wise old tortoise, Tortimer and his storage stall below!

How to Unlock Tortimer's Storage

1. Visit Harv's Island
After receiving the letter from Harv, head to the airport and visit his island. Search for Harv in the new area with the wooden gate.
2. Construct the Shop
After the cutscene, you can start donating Bells to the Gyroids to construct the shops. Look for the Gyroid that will construct the shop for the old-timer who'll give you access to your home storage and donate 100,000 Bells.
3. Talk to Harv the day after
Once the building is complete, head to the plaza to find Harv talking to Tortimer. Talk to them to open up Tortimer's Storage.

Move Items in the Storage
Tortimer offers the option to put your items in the storage or retrieve them to add in your pockets for free. This is useful especially if you are planning to pick up furniture to have them customized in Reese and Cyrus' Customization Shop.
Get Acorns from Cornimer
The day after constructing the shop, Tortimer will start wearing an acorn mask and call himself Cornimer. He will offer an acorn every day when you talk to him as the "Acorn Legend".
How to Find Tortimer's Storage
Tortimer appears in Harv's Island as part of the November 5 Version 2.0 update. He'll be setting up shop in Harv's Plaza to help the player out when it comes to managing their inventory!

We saw a glimpse of what Harv's Plaza has in store for us during the October Direct. It seems like you'll need to give funds to build other shops in the plaza and Tortimer's Storage is one of the available shops!
