Will Nintendo Make More Animal Crossing Switches?

It's not marked as being limited-time only, so they will almost certainly make more

The Animal Crossing Edition Switch is not marked as a limited time only product, so it is faily certain that Nintendo will produce more of them. The current Coronavirus epidemic has slowed down production in Japan, making it difficult to get one at launch, but if you don't mind waiting a bit, you'll likely be able to get one in the future.

It should take about three months to produce more

When Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! versions of the Nintendo Switch launched, they were first sold in November, and then once again that following February. Therefore, we can predict that Nintendo will produce more Animal Crossing Edition Switches in about three months, toward the end of May.
