What is a Wasp (Bee) Sting?

Have you ever shook a tree and were shocked to find a live swarm of wasps?

Well, if you weren't lucky enough to catch of outrun them, you'll get a lovely wasp (bee) sting on your face.

In spite of a dropping left eyelid, you can still progress through the game as normal. However, characters will make snarky comments about your appearance when you first talk to them.

After getting a bee sting, talk to the your villagers, and one of them will give you the DIY Recipe for Medicine.

Learn the Recipe and you'll be able to craft yourself some Medicine on a workbench!

To craft the Medicine, you'll need a one wasp nest and a three clumps of weeds.

You'll need to go back to the scene of the crime to pick up the wasp nest where it fell. Don't worry— it's safe now!

Take the Medicine

As soon as you take the Medicine, your eye will heal up right away, and you'll be back on your way!

Talk to Villagers for Medicine

You may want to talk to your villagers for a quick and easy way to patch up your bee stings!

Once you reach a strong enough friendship with a villager, there's a chance they'll give you some Medicine, instead remarking on the state of your face.

You won't always get medicine from the same villager, so be friendly with everyone to better your chances!

If you don't happen to have the materials on hand, you can always buy Medicine from the Nook twins!

You can buy it for 400 Bells from Timmy at Resident Services or from the cabinet in Nook's Cranny, once the building is constructed.

For the penny-pinchers, you can also wait for the next day to come! Once a new day starts, you'll exit your house with a perfectly healed face.
