The souvenir shop offers hotel-themed novelties, new furniture items added in the 3.0 update, and the special Nintendo collaboration items. Some items require you decorate more rooms in your hotel before they can appear at the shop.

How to Buy Souvenir Shop Items

Talk to Grams for the Catalog

Hotel Items in the Souvenir Shop Catalog

If you want to see all of the souvenir items available for you to purchase, you can talk to Grams at the hotel lobby to view the catalog.

You can order up to five catalog items per day. Catalog items you order will be delivered to your mailbox the following day.

Buy Discounted Items on Display

Discounted Marble Wall Clock
There will be two items from the souvenir shop catalog that will be displayed at random next to Grams every day. These items cost about 30% less than their catalog price.

If you're looking to a buy an expensive souvenir item, it may be worth waiting for it to appear as a display item in order to get a discount.

The only currency accepted at the hotel souvenir shop is the hotel ticket. This is what you are paid when you decorate hotel rooms or submit DIY items at the submission box outside the hotel.

Seaside Room Hotel Decorating

The hotel souvenir shop unlocks after you finish decorating your first hotel room. Talk to Grams sitting near the starcase at the hotel lobby, and she'll let you know that the souvenir shop is open.

More Items Unlock as You Progress the Hotel

Unlocked Condition
1 Souvenir Shop Complete Room 1
2 New items Day after completing Room 4
3 New items Day after completing Room 8
4 Special items Day after completing the VIP room if you've earned 5000 tickets

The number of souvenir items available in the souvenir shop catalog depends on your hotel progress. Items will be added to the catalog the day after completing room 4 and room 8.

The final wave of items, which consist of the Nintendo collaboration items, are added the day after you complete the VIP room and amass at least 5000 hotel tickets. You may also need to complete at least 20 DIY item requests to unlock these special items, which is recommended anyway for earning hotel tickets.
