1. Talk to Leif in Happy Home Paradise

You can find Leif wandering around your island sometime after decorating the School!

While at the school, Leif will teach you about hybrid flowers and how to use them while designing vacation homes.
3. Plant hybrid flowers in vacation homes!
After listening to his lecture, you can now plant hybrid flowers while designing vacation homes!
How to Plant Hybrid Flowers in HHP
While decorating vacation homes, go into Decorating Mode by pressing the Down Button then the Right Button. Use your Left Joystick to navigate all the way to Nature! From there, plant to your heart's content!
Do You Need to Bring Flowers?
You do not need to have flowers in your pockets, as the Designer Mode will give you everything you need. Plant as many hybrid flowers as you like so long as there's grass.
