Don Resetti like his younger brother Sonny Resetti is a brown mole first introduced in Doubutsu no Mori (Animal Forest). Unlike his intense brother, Don is a bit more mellow in comparison.
Initially Don can only be heard when Sonny Resetti, the main operator of the Rescue Service App goes on breaks as he steps in for his the role of operator for the time being.
Though he fully returns in the Version 2.0 Update as a possible visitor in The Roost and as a possible client in Happy Home Paradise.

Don Resetti occassionally appears in The Roost, while he takes a break from his duties at the Rescue Service.
He'll talk about how the cafe is his favorite go-to spot for his coffee breaks and that even though we can't see Don and Sonny Resetti working doesn't mean they aren't working at all!
You can also invite Don for a quick chat over some coffee at The Roost by using the phone to scan his amiibo card.
Don Resetti is one of the VIP Clients that you can invite over to the archipelago at the Happy Home Paradise DLC!
Use the amiibo function in the Paradise Planning Office to call him over and ask if you can design a vacation home for him, we're pretty sure Don would appreciate this a lot!
How to Use Amiibos in Happy Home Paradise
When the game first released, it was hinted at that the Resetti brothers would come back the New Horizons as the voice of the Rescue Service App!
While you mainly hear Sonny Resetti as the voice of the operator, from time to time you would hear Don when his younger brother goes on a break!
How to Use the Rescue Service App
You can find Don and his brother, Sonny Resetti on the Construction Sign item depending on the variation you have.
The Ongoing Work - Big Bro variation will show Don on the sign while the Ongoing Work - Little Bro variation will have Sonny Resetti on the sign instead!
