Find Flick wandering around your island. You'll have to search for him — though if you're lucky, the game's title screen might give away his location!
While talking to him, choose "Commisions?" to ask Flick about his bug models. He'll require three of the same bug, so make sure you have enough when talking to him!
After giving him the required three bugs, wait until the next day and you'll receive a letter in the mail!

Flick. will visit at random weekdays every other week and will stay until 5:00 AM the next day.
Flick is a special character who visits your island every other week. If you can't find him anywhere, it might be possible that you'd just have to wait next week!
The Bug-Off is held every 4th Saturday of Summer, which changes depending on the Hemisphere. Players are invited to catch as many bugs as they can within the time limit.
