My only comment is what the heck are these used for? Like a top curtain valance on a window? Saw one at Nooks today for first time, bought it, tried it on several different window types in my homes, but nothing looked right. Google photo searches not showing applications either. Love learning about other cultures, but this decor piece has me stumped.
