Among mums, Green Mums are one of the most difficult flower hybrids to make. Cross pollinating these can take a lot of time, even with time travelling.
Note: Mums that are native to your island have random cross pollination patterns. The information given here will only cover flowers bought from a store.

The first step in making Green Mums is to gather up two White Mums. Cross polinate two White mums to create Purple Hybrid Mums. Use the two Purple Hybrid Mums to make Green Mums.
Note that the mums you use will need to have been bought from Nook's Cranny as seeds, as the ones growing natively on your island have random cross pollination patterns.

Even if you've fulfilled all the preconditions for Cross Pollination, Green Mums may not grow the very next day. If there are no new flowers, you'll simply have to continue watering them.
There is a chance that Green Mums might grow on Mystery Islands. Note that Mystery Islands can only ever give you one other type of flower, so you're not guaranteed to find Green Mums on them.
If you're struggling to get a specific flower type or hybrid color, trading with others online might be the quickest way to get them!
The easiest way to get Green Mums for sure is to clone the ones you have. To clone flowers, plant them somewhere where they aren't touching any other flowers of their type and water them every day. Eventually, they will make a copy of themselves in one of the empty spaces!
Once you get Green Mums to grow, you can repeat the process to get more. These flowers are used to make other hybrid flowers as well, so why not grow a lot while you're at it?
