Find it from April to August on the Northern Hemisphere, or from October to February on the Southern Hemisphere.

To catch a bug, you'll need to equip your net! Press the X Button to go into your pockets and select your net.
You can also select it from your Tool Ring!
You'll find the Common Bluebottle flying in the air. Some bugs fly faster the others, so you may have to chase them down.
Once you're close enough, press the A Button to swing your net. You'll then be a proud owner of the Common Bluebottle!
