Cindy, from experience - note that if someone does something while on your island, you can press the minus button and report them. More importantly, you can go into the Nintendo menu, click your profile, go to add friends, people you've played with recently, find the name and block them. They won't be able to come back. I'm sorry it happened. Most people are very nice.
