Some Recipes may also be redeemed with Nook Miles. Head over to Resident Services to interact with the ABD. Redeem the Donation Box Recipe under the Redeem Nook Miles option. The ABD will print out the recipe for you to learn!

You can place the Donation Box anywhere on your island but do be mindful about its placement! You want your Donation Box easily accessible for guests or friends that visit your island.
Players visiting your island can choose to deposit bells in your Donation Box which you can access to collect the bells once they leave.
Great for players who are into trading items with other players. As an alternative to the Barter System, where you exchange an item for another item that may or may not be similar in value, a visitor can just pay you in bells instead!
Remember that stealing is a big no-no friends, so don't think about it and be careful with who you invite over to your island.
