Dragon Boat Festival

You can only buy the Festival Zongzi during Dragon Boat Festival, from June 5 to June 14. Here is the in-game description of the seasonal event:

"Celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the year according to the lunar calendar in parts of East Asia, this holiday is meant to ward off disease. Steamed sticky-rice dumplings are typically served."
