The Kiki & Lala Wand is an exclusive Sanrio item unlockable with the Sanrio® Collaboration Pack amiibo cards.
To unlock the item, scan Étoile's amiibo card at the Nook Stop terminal at Resident Services. You'll then be able all order this item for yourself or send them to your friends through Nook Shopping under the Promotional tab.
However, if you have received the Sanrio items but do not have the amiibo cards, you cannot order these for yourself.
How to Use amiibo Card and Figures
The Kiki & Lala Wand allows you to use outfits. You can register up to 8 outfits that you can easily transform into.
How to Use Wands
You cannot customize Kiki & Lala Wand through DIY.
