    Yeah, this information is wrong. To fully grown a tree you need at least two spaces from each other. You can move them closer AFTER they are fully grown, but not while growing. Also, there's one more final step of a tree's life before she of fully grown and bearing fruits.

    You are a hero, ive been going crazy trying to figure out why some trees grew but others didnt.

    Might want to update that Fruit Trees don't grow the same as other trees. Fruit trees will not grow if they are surrounded by other trees. They must be at the edge of a group of trees in order to grow from saproling to fully grown tree. Once they are fully grown, you can stack them as close as one space a part and they will bear fruit normally.
