Is this a game a 5 year old could play? My brother plays Mario Odyssey with only a little help from me, but this game looks like there's lots of reading required.
We're all stuck at home flower exchange open! We have stalls set up with flower seeds (2 per stack for easy growing): red/white/yellow Roses; red/white/yellow Pansies; red/white/orange Windflowers. Looking for all other flower types, especially cosmos. Also an apple stall up for anyone who needs them. Please leave any flower seeds you bring near the fountain behind the stalls. any southern hemisphere islands i can fish at??
Could someone tell me how it is that everyone seems to have all the decor items already!? What am I missing? I’m playing all the time like so many others but I only have what it’s in my town. How do I get all the cute accessory decorating items and new furniture too!? Thanks!!
No. They just want you to interact with them. It’s another interaction method to the game. If you want someone to leave...continue to ignore them.

Both Flick and CJ have let me sell on other islands so you should be able to.
Stupid question: Is it possible to sell critters to Flick on another island? My house is bursting at the seams lol :)

you can designate someone as a “best friend” only then can they chop down trees, dig holes, etc. normal friends visiting can shake fruit trees and collect fruit, pick flowers, fish, and catch bugs. that’s about it
The co-op isn't what I had hoped. One person is always designated the "leader" and only they can access their inventory and talk to NPCs. Though you can switch who the leader is.
Has anyone else noticed that villagers don't really seem to request errands like they did in New Leaf? I feel like it used to happen almost every time there, with NH I can talk to every villager 3x a day and no one asks me to do anything. Someone asked me for something maybe once this whole time I've had the game. Instead, they usually just say a couple sentences and that's it. I love the new little things they do on their own (singing, reading etc.), but I kinda miss the errands tbh :/
I havent touched multiplayer yet and I just added a lot of my friends who also play the game. My question is can your friends steal your stuff and pick your flowers etc? also what can they do or cannot? Just asking so i know what to expect lmao
So here's a tip: I'm sure a lot of people already know this, but you can still do tarantula island. The trick is getting the bamboo island since there's no rivers for water bugs. If you leave up palm trees, atlas moths will constantly land also. Much easier to farm but obviously not worth as much money.
Sad to say but me and my gf only have 1 switch. Now I’m planning to buy Animal Crossing for her. But I want to know first if local coop is good. Is it?

Do villagers still have that unique house exterior and interior assigned to them? I’ve just got Phoebe from Dodo Island, and she’s my second Uchi. Like, her house isn’t anything special on the outside, but I’ve just gone inside and the wallpaper and flooring is moving lava!!! This seems so out of character for her or am i going crazy?
What creative games do you play with your friends? So far i’ve played hide n seek in the museum :D
No, but you can visit someone's island via online or local wireless multiplayer who set their game to other hemisphere.
Is there a way to switch from one Hemisphere to another once you start the game?
Hello guys and gals! I just started playing and have a free trial of online. Please visit my island, I currently have oranges and a growing cherry tree if you want to visit. XD
I got the camp now, where animals visit and then I can invite them to live on the island. Nook tells me to invite the first one now, but I dont like him :/ Will there be a new animal tomorrow or later, or will that first guy chill there until I invite him? TIA for any help
So I tried googling this, struggling to find an answer. If a villager is walking around with white clouds popping off them, and talking to themselves, does that mean they will leave soon? I had hoped this was the case because Boyd was doing that earlier and I've been ignoring him to make him leave, however now Gayle is doing it and I don't want her to leave :(((

Have you donated any fish or bugs to Tom Nook? You need to donate 5 fish/bugs to him and then he'll ask you to find a location to put Blathers' tent.
Hellppppp I can't find the answer and I've been playing for daysss. I already have a house but I haven't met blathers yet? I caught more than 5 different types of fish/bugs already.
