yes and they attract the rare bugs throughout the seasons. You can also make colorful and cute patches with the other colors
yes its a game that should be played sloowwly hehe no rushing in AC! not against time skipping though
That's probably a result of time jumping. If I were you guys just top the time jumping! AC is much more enjoyable without it :)
Are you time jumping? That will probably cause stuff like new villagers to pop in. I'm not sure tho, I'm not time travelling..
It seems odd that random villagers move in even tho I never talked to them or even saw them before.
It's either through Timmy and Tommy or redeeming nook miles.. I don't quite remember which, but it was a little recipe booklet called something along the lines of "Beginners DIY" that gives you a few new recipes!
Last night my sister started playing, and she unlocked a few DIY recipes such as bird house, tiki torch and wooden stakes. I have started playing this morning and don't have these recipes. Where can I get it?
I heard that if you water them consistently, they cross pollinate into more colorful, rare flowers.
The very first to come to your campsite, you are required to invite. There is no dialog option to say no and you can't back out. After that, anyone else who comes to the campsite can be rejected. Or if you have any amiibo cards, you can force him out once you’re at the max number of villagers.
When villagers move into the campsite, do they automatically move to your island? Because usually I’m not mean to villagers and don’t care if they’re “ugly” but I’m terrified of clowns so Pietro cannot move to my island but he’s in my campsite, is there a nice way to politely decline him when he asks to move in?
Watering plants isn't required, they will bloom regardless of being watered. So don't worry.
Does anyone know if we should water all of our flowers every day? What about when it rains?
Still haven’t gotten a single cherry blossom recipe. I’ve played daily since the update and spent nearly all day yesterday playing. Shot down every solid color balloon I came across. Any tips?
I find that best way to make villagers leave is to ignore them completely. That means don't talk to them, don't accept any of their requests, not even when they're making DIY projects. Keep an eye on them during the next days and at some point they'll have a thought cloud above their head, that means they are conflicted. That's when you want to talk to them, it'll probably mean they want to move out. It'll take days but it seems that's the best way.
I'm not sure but I think you can make your own spot for it.
In addition to this I've usually been able to get a recipe from visiting villager houses on a friend's island too, and mystery islands may, but not always, have a bottle. Also, there's always one furniture and one wasp nest in two trees! The only exceptions are any islands that don't have any hardwood trees (e.g., bamboo island, or the island with all fruit trees).
Hey a question for you guys who already have terraforming tool. Can you remove the original spot where the river starts on the map, and where it is on the island?
Check beaches for bottles, visit villagers houses to see if they are crafting, pop balloons, invite campers with Amiibo and get recipes from them, plus there's the ones from Celeste and maybe more ways I may have missed. Good luck!
I’m finding it really hard to find decent DIYs... am I doing something wrong? I keep seeing people with fully furnished homes and I don’t even have enough to make anything other than shitty wooden block furniture. I'm getting jealous :/
You can use them as wearable crown or combine them to make decor items. They will grow back in a couple of days so don't you worry!
Hey guys.. what do you do with the flowers you pick? Not sure what to do with them. Will new ones grow back? Should I replant them?
Do villagers finish donating last bells for inclines/bridges? Currently, I already have an incline that's missing 7 bells, but my current amount of bells is at a nice round number, and I don't want to not have that.
Tip for Northern Hemisphere: Cherry blossoms and recipes only available through April 10th. The short timeframe corresponds to the short window for cherry blossom viewing in the real world. Where I am they are blooming right now :)
I’m kind of sad, this game has been out for two weeks now and yet, no hint of the rococo furniture series. I would have also loved it if the mermaid and princess one came back as well.
I really want to visit a 5-star-island. I have saw videos of them but I want to actually see one myself. My island is no where near that but I want to see what I am trying to make or maybe even ideas for my island. And if you want to add me here is my code SW-2132-2652-3440 Thanks
If you let the game sleep overnight my experience is that you can skip medicine and your eye will still heal
What if I don't use medicine? Will it take until the next day? or after a week?
You can fix it with medicine, buy it from the shop! You can also talk to a villager, they might give you the DIY recipe (nest + 3 weeds).
I got stung by wasps and it makes me feel uncomfortable. How long will it take for it to go away?
I suggest you use Stone. I only use Iron ax for cutting down trees. But really depends on you.
