One question. Can you undo an accent wall if you change your mind on its placement?
I also have a question about items available on Nook shopping. Are they based on a hierarchy of how long you have been on the game? I am getting offered mountain bikes and tricycles and my granddaughter is being offered luxury cars and castle parts. Just trying to figure out the dynamics of the game. She has a 3 star island and I have a 5 star island so I know it is not based on island ratings. Just curious if anyone has knows.
I can't catch sturgeon on my home island. I can find them no problem. They just never stay on the hook. I can catch them no problem on nook miles Islands just not on mine. Is there a bad luck item possibly on my island? I don't understand what is wrong.

Hello Anonymous! With the new update, you have to make sure that your game itself is updated to the newest version (2.0) in order to access all the new stuff coming to Animal Crossing. Hope this makes sense! I don't really remember much about when characters start visiting, but I do remember that once you've progressed a little in island development, Tom Nook will give you three house plots, each with some specific furniture items that need to be crafted for the villager moving in :)
I recently restarted my island because I didn’t like layout and other reasons. Now with the new update, so I need to wait for resident services building to be upgraded in order to get capn and all the other new update items? I also forgot when characters start visiting my island so if someone can help with that too. Thank you :)

Hi Nix! I'd really love to have Reneigh as a villager if you still have her :) but sadly I do not have any villager homes for sale. Not sure if there are specific ways in order to make a villager leave. I'll let you know if I have a spare home for sale soon :)

Thanks for replying! It turned out that I haven’t unlocked the Best Friends App in my Nook Phone, so the game didn’t recognize my Switch friends.
It might be if you haven’t added them as a friend on your Switch, or if you haven’t added them as a friend on the Best Friends app

hi, i was wondering if i should restart my island? i haven't gotten 5 stars yet, but i have pretty much completed 90% of the game. i went into playing with no real plan for my island, but now that im almost a year in, im having regrets about the map i chose. i have a map thats similar to the one i have now that i want to use but i don't want to redo all the progress i've done so far. should i restart or just terraform it into the new layout?
Someone please confirm: I'm trying to keep my island as visually 'rustic' as possible, meaning I don't want any of my official structures to be fully upgraded. Is it possible to unlock all features of Able Sisters *without* fully upgrading Nooks Cranny?

Hello, I’m new to online play. I want to send letters to my friends, but Orville doesn’t give me the option to send to “a friend”. They have visited my island before, I have sent letters to villagers, and I have an active Nintendo Online membership. Does anyone know what might be the problem here?
