|
• High Damage as a Sub-DPS. She contributes a lot of damage in the team. • Tune Break Enabler. With 3.0's new mechanic, she can fit into both Tune Break types. • General Buff Provider. A majority of her buffs provide All DMG Bonuses and Amplification, letting her fit into any team. • High mobility character with her skating mechanic. • Increases Expedition Motorbike Tank if you have her on the team. • Inherent Passive, Optic Camo, lets her avoid combat without triggering enemy aggro. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
| • She consumes a lot of STA with her skates. |
Lynae is the first character and 5-star unit hailing from Lahai-Roi, donning Pistols as her main weapon while manipulating the Spectro attribute on-field.
She is a strong sub-DPS unit that provides buffs to a vast array of teams, essentially making her a generalistic supporting unit that most players will benefit from. Her kit also ties to the new Off-Tune Mechanic, making her an enabler for both Shifting playstyles.

Lynae is best built as a sub-DPS that offers amazing damage numbers on her own on top of being an excellent buffer. Her buffs are quite general, providing an All DMG Amplification that essentially lets her fit and even improve many teams.
For her stats, she benefits the most from Crit, Spectro DMG, and ATK. Get these for her main stats and roll for more Crit and ATK with her sub-stats. Aside from these, she mainly scales off Basic Attack DMG and you'd want to get around 120% ER for consistent rotations.

You may run Lynae as a main DPS, as she has sufficient self-buffs while also dealing good damage with her abilities. You want to build her in the same way as the sub-DPS build, except that she has the Rite of Gilded Revelation set equipped to boost her own damage.
Ideally, you want to get a 4-COST CRIT piece, two 3-COST Spectro DMG, and two 1-COST ATK% Echoes for the best damage. As for substats, you'll want to supplement her build with more CRIT, Basic Attack DMG which her abilities scale off of, ATK%, and 120% ER.
| Main Echo | Explanation |

|
|
・Best option for Lynae. ・Summon-type Echo, allowing Lynae to be flexible in casting it within her own combos. ・Deals Spectro DMG, synergizing with her Attribute type. ・Grants an additional 10% All-Type DMG Bonus to the next Resonator upon using Intro Skill, boosting her supportive capabilities. |
|
|
・Second option for Lynae if you have Moonlit Clouds. ・Increases damage dealt to next Resonator. ・Transform-type Echo, requiring the Skill to be weaved into her Combos. ・Deals Havoc DMG with two variations, either press or held. ・Gives additional Resonance Energy to Lynae. |
|
|
・Summon-type Echo, making it easy to input with her Combos. ・Grants Lynae additional Resonance Skill DMG, which is a nice-to-have but isn't her primary damage type. ・Inflicts Spectro DMG to enemies based on Lynae's Resonance Skill DMG. |

★★★ - Best This is the best for a sub-DPS Lynae, as it increases her buffing capabilities even more, letting the main DPS deal as much damage as possible. Furthermore, Hyvatia gives the next Resonator an additional All-Type DMG buff, fitting this playstyle overall. Recommended Main Echo: |
|
(5-pc) |
★★☆ - 2nd Best The second best option for Lynae is the new Spectro-focused set, as it increases her own damage output. She benefits a lot from both Spectro DMG and Basic Attack DMG, which it provides. Furthermore, this set also includes Hyvatia, letting her get additional buffs to the next Resonator. Recommended Main Echo: |
|
(5-pc) |
★☆☆ - 3rd Best Moonlit Clouds is a general sub-DPS option that she can utilize. It provides Energy Regen and additional ATK to the next Resonator, making it pretty viable and just slightly worse than her other sets. Recommended Main Echo: |

Attendance Exemption Protocol Increases ATK by 12%. Casting Intro Skill or hitting the target with Basic Attack increases the wielder's Basic Attack DMG by 36% for 4s. Each time the wielder inflicts Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting during Basic Attacks, all DMG dealt by Resonators in the team is increased by 8% for 30s, up to 3 stacks. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked. |
| 2 |
|
Insight Bearer Increases ATK by 12%. When a Resonator in the team casts a Tune Break skill, it grants 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus to the wielder for 14s. |
| 3 |
|
Stormy Resolution Increases Energy Regen by 12.8%. When Outro Skill is cast, increases the incoming Resonator's ATK by 10%, stacking up to 1 time(s). This effect lasts for 14s. |
| 4 |
|
Oath of Tide Hunters Dealing Basic Attack or Heavy Attack DMG increases ATK by 2.2% and grants 2.2% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus for 7s, stacking up to 4 times. This effect can be triggered every 1s. |
| 5 |
|
Ever-Changing When the Resonator dashes or dodges, increases ATK by 4%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect lasts for 8s. |
| 6 |
|
Intergalactic Gaze Casting the Resonance Skill grants 6 Resonance Energy and increases ATK by 10% lasting for 16s. This effect can be triggered once every 20s. |
Lynae's best weapon is, unsurprisingly, her signature Spectrum Blaster as it gives her a high ATK stat, Crit. Rate, and additional ATK and Basic Attack DMG with her skills. Furthermore, it gives a 24% All DMG Bonus to all Resonators in the team, making it an extremely powerful weapon.
Alternatively, her next best options are the standard 5-star weapons, Phasic Homogenizer and Static Mist, with the former giving a 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus to Lynae herself, while the latter improves her buffing capabilities to the next Resonator. For 4-star weapons, Pistols that offer her more DMG stats are the most ideal.

Lynae improves the Augusta and Iuno team quite a bit, as she provides a lot more buffs than Shorekeeper on top of contributing her own damage to the party. While you're trading off some sustain, Iuno can keep the team afloat with her own heals and shields, with Augusta also having shields of her own.
Their Outros also significantly fit each other quite well, with the next Resonator maximizing the previous one's DMG buffs and amplification.
| 1 | Begin combat with Augusta and build up her Concerto Energy via her attacks. Then, switch to Lynae once her Intro is available. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Once Lynae enters via her Intro, immediately use her Resonance Skill to max out her Overflow stacks. |
| 3 | Afterwards, use her Liberation to deal decent damage and give a team-wide buff before following it up with a Basic Attack. |
| 4 | With her Overflow maxed out, cast a Heavy Attack and charge it for 1.6s to convert all of it to Lumiflow. Then, let go to deal damage and have her enter the Kaleidoscopic Parade state. |
| 5 | In the Parade state, jump up 3 times to perform her Polychrome Leaps and generate True Color stacks. |
| 6 | With three stacks, do an attack mid-air to cast an enhanced attack before switching to Iuno via Outro. |
| 7 | When Iuno enters via her Intro, immediately use her Resonance Skill to activate Lunar Cycle and switch between Moon States. Enter the New Moon state by jumping. |
| 8 | In the New Moon state, cast Liberation to generate maximum Sentience and consume it with three Basic Attacks and two instances of her Resonance Skill. |
| 9 | Lastly, do a Heavy Attack to generate the Full Moon Domain and switch to Augusta via Outro. |
| 10 | As Augusta, immediately do your Prowess-enhanced Heavy Attacks and cast Echo Skill for additional damage. |
| 11 | Next, cast Resonance Skill and Liberation (Tap), followed by another Heavy Attack combo to fill her Ascendancy stacks. Once available, do her 3-attack Resonance Skill combo. |
| 12 | After the plunging attack, cast and hold Liberation to enter Sworn Allegiance, pausing time for 7s. During this time, deal 9 Sunborne Slashes and cast Everbright Protector. |
| 13 | Repeat until all enemies are defeated. For additional damage, you may do one extra Heavy Attack combo (HA + BA2-4) prior to repeating the rotation. |

| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
| | Iuno Replacement Xiangli Yao generally benefits from Lynae's All DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG Amplification and can be an optimal Electro DPS instead of Iuno. |
| | Iuno Replacement Calcharo is a Resonance Liberation-focused DPS, making Lynae an ideal pair for him. You can replace Iuno with him to benefit from this team's hypercarry playstyle that funnels all buffs to him. |
Any Resonance Liberation DMG-focused DPS benefits greatly from Lynae as a sub-DPS. Aside from her All DMG Buffs with her Liberation and Outro, she also provides an additional 25% Resonance Liberation DMG Amplification, making these teams even stronger!
For this particular team, Iuno can be used as a Main DPS specifically, since she deals a lot of damage which can be further increased with Lynae and Shorekeeper. That said, you can also use other DPS units like Xiangli Yao and Calcharo for the same reasons.
| 1 | Start with Shorekeeper and build up her Concerto and Resonance Energy with her optimal combos. Then, cast her Liberation to generate her Stellarealm and switch to Lynae via Outro. |
|---|---|
| 2 | As Lynae, cast her Resonance Skill to reach max Overflow stacks. |
| 3 | Then, use her Liberation to deal damage and give a team-wide buff before following it up with a Basic Attack. |
| 4 | With her Overflow full, do a Heavy Attack and charge it for 1.6s to convert all of it to Lumiflow. This will then deal damage and cause her to enter the Kaleidoscopic Parade state. |
| 5 | In this state, jump up 3 times to perform her Polychrome Leaps and generate True Color stacks. |
| 6 | With three True Color stacks, do a Mid-Air Attack to cast an enhanced attack before switching to Iuno via Outro. |
| 7 | When Iuno enters via her Intro, immediately cast Resonance Skill to activate Lunar Cycle. Then, jump afterwards to enter the New Moon state. |
| 8 | In the New Moon state, use one (1) instance of her Enhanced Skill to consume some Sentience before casting Liberation to generate some more. |
| 9 | After her Liberation, do three (3) Basic Attacks into one (1) Enhanced Skill for decent damage. Then, use up her remaining Sentience with three more Basic Attacks. |
| 10 | Once Iuno's Concerto is full, switch back to Shorekeeper to detonate Stellarealm. |
| 11 | Repeat until all enemies are defeated. |

You can run Lynae as a main DPS together with Sanhua and Shorekeeper. Lynae wants a lot of buffs to Basic Attack DMG, making Sanhua an excellent sub-DPS for her. Meanwhile, Shorekeeper is still the best support unit with her amazing healing and general DMG buffs.
| 1 | Initiate with Shorekeeper and go through her optimal combos to generate Concerto and Resonance Energy. Once available, cast her Stellarealm Liberation and exit via her Outro to Sanhua. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Upon entering the field, have Sanhua perform both her Resonance Skill and Liberation to deploy her Ice Structures. Once done, use Heavy Attack: Detonate to blow them all up. |
| 3 | With her Concerto full, switch to Lynae with her Intro. After this, cast her Resonance Skill to fill her Forte quickly. |
| 4 | Next, use her Liberation to deal good damage and give a team-wide buff, improving her next attacks' damage output. Follow this up with a Basic Attack to cast an enhanced attack. |
| 5 | Once her Forte is full, cast and hold her Heavy Attack for 1.6s so all of her Overflow gets converted into Lumiflow. Upon letting go, she will deal damage and enter the Kaleidoscopic Parade state. |
| 6 | In this state, jump up 3 times to perform her Polychrome Leaps and generate True Color stacks. |
| 7 | With three True Color stacks, do a Mid-Air Attack to cast Visual Impact or Iridescent Splash before switching back to Shorekeeper to detonate the Stellarealm. |
| 8 | Repeat until all enemies are defeated. |

| Skill | Priority | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Normal Attack | ★★★☆☆ | Lynae's Normal Attacks will be quite important in generating the necessary Overflow and Lumiflow stacks for her Forte, as well as entering Kaleidoscopic Parade. Upgrade this to increase her overall damage, but prioritize her more important skills first. |
| Resonance Skill | ★★★☆☆ | Lynae's Resonance Skill provides decent additional damage and will be used quite a bit in her rotations. You can focus on upgrading this once her Forte and Liberation are done. |
| Forte Circuit | ★★★★★ | Her Forte Circuit is her primary source of her damage output and also makes up around half of her actual gameplay loop. Upgrade this first. |
| Resonance Liberation | ★★★★☆ | Lynae's Liberation is her secondary strongest burst damage skill. Upgrade this second, after her Forte. |
| Intro Skill | ★☆☆☆☆ | Her Intro Skill is pretty negligible, as it doesn't deal much damage. It's used more as a utility tool and an opener for her other skills, making this a non-priority. Upgrade this last, if at all. |

Lynae can inflict Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting on targets. Lynae can respond to Tune Rupture - Interfered and Tune Strain - Interfered. - Responding to Tune Rupture - Interfered: When any Resonator in the team deals Tune Break DMG and inflicts the Tune Rupture - Interfered state, Lynae casts Tune Rupture Response - Spectral Analysis. Each target can be damaged by this skill up to once every 8s. - Responding to Tune Strain - Interfered: For each stack of Tune Strain - Interfered on the target, each point of Lynae's Tune Break Boost increases her total DMG against that target by 0.12%. When Lynae is in the team, the target's max stack limit of Tune Strain - Interfered is increased by 1. When the target's Off-Tuning Level is full, Lynae can cast Tune Break on the target. |
| Why We Recommend It | |
|---|---|
| S1 | ★★★☆☆ - Good S1 provides more of a utility upgrade in her kit, since it provides interruption immunity, grouping effects with her Spray Paint, and additional regen for her Forte and Shifting application. Furthermore, she also gets additional DMG from her Polychrome Leaps, which aren't her main damage source but still nice to have. |
| S2 | ★★★★★ - Amazing Her S2 is one of her best upgrades in her Chain, giving her a self-buff that amplifies her own damage on top of increasing her DMG amplification buff in her Outro. This improves her entire kit in general by boosting both her DPS and Supportive capabilities! |
| S3 | ★★★★★ - Amazing Lynae's S3 is a very strong upgrade to one of her primary damaging skills, Visual Impact. It almost doubles its damage, solidifying her Main DPS role even further. Additionally, her secondary Resonance Skill, Additive Color is drastically improved in this node to be another high damage contributor, making this one of her best nodes available. |
| S4 | ★☆☆☆☆ - Mediocre Her S4 is quite weak considering her other nodes have drastically more impact to her kit. You can essentially get the same benefits this node gives through Echoes, making this more of a bridge upgrade for her stronger upgrades. |
| S5 | ★★★☆☆ - Good S5 is a decent upgrade to her Liberation DMG, Prismatic Overblast, which is her secondary damaging ability. It's a nice-to-have in general for more damage, but isn't that strong compared to her other upgrades. |
| S6 | ★★★★★ - Amazing Lynae's capstone node is amazing for its increase in her kit's overall utility and damage. This node triples her Lumiflow stacks aside from getting more sources for the resource, allowing her to stay in roller skating mode. Kaleidoscopic Parade's uptime is also improved to be active even off-field, and her damage with Polychrome Leap and Visual Impact are drastically improved even more with the Color of Soul stack mechanic. |
| S1 | Days to be Painted Like a Canvas The DMG Multiplier of Basic Attack - Polychrome Leap is increased by 120%. The duration of Spray Paint is increased by 100%. Targets within the range of Spray Paint are pulled in towards the center every 6s. Lynae is now immune to interruptions during Basic Attack - Polychrome Leap and Basic Attack - Visual Impact. During Optical Sampling Stage, after staying out of combat for 2s, restore 120 points of Overflow every 2s. |
|---|---|
| S2 | Into Lights' Vanishing Point Gain 25% All DMG Amplification. Outro Skill gains the following effect: Casting Outro Skill grants the incoming Resonator 25% All DMG Amplification for 14s or until the Resonator is switched out. |
| S3 | For One Brilliant Moment The DMG Multiplier of Basic Attack - Visual Impact and Basic Attack - Iridescent Splash is increased by 90%. While Lynae is in combat, when Lumiflow is at least 120 points, gain 1 stack of Premixed Hue every 1s, up to 25 stacks. Each stack of Premixed Hue increases the Spectro DMG Bonus of Additive Color by 55%. No Premixed Hue is gained while casting Additive Color. When Additive Color ends, remove all stacks of Premixed Hue. Lynae loses a stack of Premixed Hue every 0.5s when Lumiflow is below 120 points. While Lynae is out of combat with at least 120 points of Lumiflow, gain 1 stack of Premixed Hue every 0.5s; when Lumiflow is below 120 points, lose 1 stack of Premixed Hue every 1s. |
| S4 | Shadows of a Wind Racer ATK is increased by 20%. |
| S5 | Visions of a Future Unbound The DMG Multiplier of Resonance Liberation - Prismatic Overblast is increased by 70%. |
| S6 | Painted in My True Color Each time Kaleidoscopic Parade - Graffiti Blast or Kaleidoscopic Parade - Mid-air Heavy Attack is cast, Lynae gains 1 stack of Color of Soul, up to 3 stacks. Each stack of Color of Soul increases the DMG the target takes from Basic Attack - Iridescent Splash and Basic Attack - Visual Impact by 30%. After casting Basic Attack - Iridescent Splash or Basic Attack - Visual Impact, all stacks of Color of Soul are removed. Casting Basic Attack - Polychrome Leap resets the charges of Kaleidoscopic Parade - Mid-air Heavy Attack. Lynae is immune to interruptions, and DMG taken is reduced by 30% during Kaleidoscopic Parade - Mid-air Heavy Attack. Lynae now stays in Kaleidoscopic Parade after casting Outro Skill - Let's Hit the Road!. The Lumiflow upper limit is increased from 120 to 360. At the max limit, lynae's roller skating speed further increases. If Intro Skill is cast during Kaleidoscopic Parade, restore 120 points of Lumiflow. |
