Explore Near Donglu Research Station

The Eternal Concert will automatically appear on your map once you are within the vicinity of Donglu Research Station in the Port City of Guixu.

Accept a Young Man's Request

Talk to the Young Man standing by the edge of a cliff and accept his request to find his Uncle. Head to the abandoned theater to investigate his whereabouts and talk to the girl, Siran, sheltering herself from the rain.

Investigate the Abandoned Theater

Investigate the three clues marked around the theater and defeat the TDs that spawn. Report back to Siran, then return to your previous location to take shelter from the rain. A cutscene will play a conversation between two Phantoms caused by the Retroact Rain.

Investigate the Record Store

Burn the Thorns Blocking the Entrance

Use the Levitator function to throw an Explosive Charge at the thorns and burn it down. Once inside the building, defeat the TDs present and approach two Phantoms having a conversation. Pick up the record fragments on the desk before meeting up with Siran.

How to Use the Levitator

Meet Up With Siran

Hand over the record fragment to Siran then investigate all the marked recorders in the Exile Camp. Afterward, meet up with Siran yet again and head over to the old man that she spots down by the river.

Help the Old Man Retrieve His Belongings

Follow the quest marker and pick up the book on top of the ruins. Hand it back to the old man then head over to the theater after your conversation.

Observe Arin

After heading back to the theater, observe Arin as he plays music on the collapsed piano. During this, a Chasm Guardian will spawn which you will have to defeat. Afterward, interact with Joshua's phantom which will trigger a cutscene that completes the quest after viewing it.
