Finish the By Moon's Fated Light Quest
You can only get the When Petals Rain for Glory trophy after the By Moon's Fated Light main quest! Progress the main story of Rinascita until you reach Act 9, where the achievement will be waiting.
By Moon's Fated Light Quest Guide
Give All the Petals to Shy Gladiator
Once you finish By Moon's Fated Light, head back to Hunter's Den in Sanguis Plateaus. Talk to the Shy Gladiator who is near the campfire, and give her more petals.
Offering her more petals gives you the achievement, as the goal is to give all the petals you have in your possession.

Talk to Optimistic Gladiator
In case you choose to give the Shy Gladiator the same amount of petals, you can still get the achievement by giving the remaining petals to the Optimistic Gladiator. He is near a tent, talking to an Excited Wotter.

When Petals Rain for Glory is a hidden achievement that is not initially present in the Trophy list, but will appear under Journey, in the World in All Its Variety I Trophy subcategory, once completed. Be sure to get it for some extra Astrites!
