Unlocks After Reaching Union Level 10

We Promise, We Deliver should become available after completing Chapter 1 Act 3 Main Quest Ominous Star, but it will only unlock after you reach Union Level 10.

Check the Wanted Poster

Follow the green marker and check the wanted poster by the bulletin board near the Synthesizer in Jinzhou.

Check Your Mail

Go into your Mail and read through the message sent to you by Lollo Logistics then head over to their Jinzhou branch indicated by a green marker on the map.

Locate Mimika's Contact Touchpad

Follow the green marker pointing you to a tacet field within the Sea of Flames. This is where you will first encounter the Inferno Rider: Blazing Guardian.

Incinero Petals Deal Damage Over Time

Do note that stepping into the field of flowers within the Sea of Flames will inflict damage over time to your characters. In order to mitigate this, make sure to stand atop raised platforms and avoid staying in the flower field for too long.

Activate the Nexus Beacon

Talk to Mimika by the Nexus Beacon, then activate it to reveal part of the map where the SOS is coming from in the Sea of Flames. Investigate the source and speak to the exile

Head into the First Abandoned Research Facility

Talk to the exiles inside the abandoned research facility and complete the shooting minigame within the time limit.

Head to the Second Abandoned Research Facility

Defeat all the the exile mobsters then head inside the facility.

Complete the Fire Thrower Puzzle

There are a total of 5 pipes scattered within the facility which you will have to use in order to fix the fire thrower. Utilize the Levitator function in order to achieve this.

Pick Up the Horizontal Pipe and Place It on the First Missing Part

Place the first horizontal pipe on the missing part nearest to the fire thrower.

Place the Second Horizontal Pipe on the Second Missing Part

Connect the second horizontal pipe to the second missing part located at the right side of the room directly by the doorframe.

Place the L-Shaped Pipe on the Third Missing Part

Place one of the L-shaped pipes on the third missing part, connecting the blue pipe with the pipe directly to its right.

Place the L-Shaped Pipe on the Fourth Missing Part

Connect the blue pipe with the pipe directly to its left by using the second L-shaped pipe.

Place the L-Shaped Pipe on the Fifth Missing Part

Finally, place the last L-shaped pipe on the fifth missing part in order to fully connect everything to the fire thrower.

Once completed, a cutscene will play, successfully removing all of the thorns on the ceiling.

Complete the Fire Thrower Puzzle Guide

Go to the Camp

Defeat exile mobsters at the camp and solve puzzles in order to retrieve a filter.

Stand on all Four Pressure Plates

Stand on all of the pressure plates within the time limit by using your Grapple to swiftly transport yourself from one plate to the next.

Hack into the System

Solve the puzzle and then open the chest in order to retrieve the filter and take it to the third abandoned research facility.

Test Spear Barrel Durability

Go into the Sea of Flames and begin hitting the cluster of spear barrels on the field until one passes your durability test. Repeat this two more times at two other spear barrel clusters in the area. Talk to Mimika again after completing this objective.

Assemble and Test Explosive Spears

Talk to Woodrow then defend the sound emulators from TDs by using the Levitator function to throw explosive spears at hordes of enemies. Talk to Woodrow and Mimika after you have successfully done this.

Defeat Inferno Rider

Face off with the Inferno Rider the second time, this time with help from Mimika.

Use Explosive Spear on Inferno Rider

Mimika will deliver an explosive spear to you mid-battle. Use this to break the Inferno Rider's barrier and finally defeat him in battle.
