Here is the list of all hidden trophies introduced in Version 3.1.

Three Burrows of the Soliskin

The Three Burrows of the Soliskin achievement is received after visiting the four Soliskin cave burrows found in the Frostlands. On top of getting the trophy, three of the Soliskin burrows give Chests.

Slip Carefully

You may get the achievement, Slip Carefully, by watching the video on one of the monitors found in the Polar Research Outpost.
Delighting You Always

To the west of the Ginnungamere: Byway entrance, you will see a group of researchers taking photos near the cliff overlooking the sea. Approach them to get the achievement, Delighting You Always.
Follow Your Heart

The Follow Your Heart trophy is unlocked by completing the quest, From the Snow White, and talking to Fluffball afterwards. You cannot get this trophy if you chose to interact with the Collective.
Follow the Protocol

You can get an achievement called Follow the Protocol by talking to the Collective after completing From the Snow White. This can be missed, as you can get a different trophy called Follow Your Heart, if you chose to talk to Fluffball in the quest.
Song of Ice and Steel Achievement

The Song of Ice and Steel trophy is received after completing the Exploration Quest with the same name. You will have to defeat the Kronablight in the quest, so be prepared to fight!
The Song of Ice and Steel Quest Guide
Unfrozen Hope Achievement

Complete the Unfrozen Hope Exploration Quest to receive the achievement with its name. Similar to the Song of Ice and Steel, you will have to hunt down a Kronaclaw in this quest.
It Cannot Be Seen Without Love

In Ginnungamere, you can interact with the Photo Album found in Aemeath's old room. After seeing your recent photo with her, the It Cannot Be Seen Without Love trophy is rewarded to players.
