How to Unlock Unparalleled Mechascout
Construct Academic Road
A requirement for this Side Quest is by doing the permanent event Operation: Frontier Renewal.
You have to construct the road for Sol's Embrace near Jetrified Ridge to properly unlock this quest. Make sure to farm lots of Mechanite, Constructor Cores and Compressed Bedrock to be able to construct this area.

Learn about Zeon's Request
After building the road in Sol's Embrace near Jetrified Ridge, the node for the Side Quest will appear. Talk to Zeon about his idea of building a completely custom Mechascout.
Head to the Outcast Camp
The first location is within an Outcast Camp just off the bay in Jeyray Marsh. You do not have to fight the Outcasts in order to get it; just use the Adaptive Hook while riding your Expedition Motorcylce. It is the only way you can retrieve this package, along with the following others.
Complete the delivery and you are awarded with a Basic Supply Chest.
Delivery by Motorbike All The Way
The ride back for the delivery, along with others after it within this Side Quest, must be done completely on the Expedition Motorcycle. Any time you dismount, either unintentionally or otherwise, will restart back to where you got the Mechascout piece.
Visit the Royan Merchant
The second location for the Royan Merchant can be found within Atuja Camp. To get the Mechascout piece, you have to trade for it using one of two items: Complete Nutrition Squeezy Jelly or Instant Wakeup Energy Gel Sachet.
Complete the delivery and you are awarded with a second Basic Supply Chest.
Find the Scrapped Spacetrex Explorer
The third ending is found just west of the Atuja Camp Resonance Nexus. You will find two bickering people talking about racing, and you challenge them for the piece through racing.
Complete the delivery and you are awarded with another Basic Supply Chest.
Race by Breaking Boxes
The race in this instance is not a traditional race. You have to break boxes by running over them with the Expedition Motorcycle in order to complete the race.
Retrieve the Parts from Zeon's Colleague
The fourth and final equipment is just at the outskirts of Startorch Academy. Zeon's colleague reiterates they will get in trouble if people get word of the content.
Complete the Race Under a Time Limit
In this race, you are again under a time limit. There are also obstacles you need to dodge, and speed boosts along the road to help get back to Zeon faster.
Defeat the Outcasts
Unfortunately, the Mechascout self-destructed due to an error. Some Outcasts came to collect scraps, but you are there to defend Zeon and the Mechascout. Defeat them to formally complete this Side Quest!
Wait for 2 Days
After the formal end of the Quest, you are rewarded with a Tidal Supply Chest. You also have the option to wait for 2 days in-game after the quest's ending for an after-mission section.
Pass the Time using Clock Function
You can adjust the time 2 days forward in order to continue with the Quest.
Sit in the Palm of the Mechascout Statue
Once two days have passed, a statue is built using the Mechascout. You have the option to sit on its hand, and it will reward you with yet another Basic Supply Chest!
