| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Provides a ton of healing. • Resonance Liberation also provides Coordinated Attacks. • Can protect a party member from fatal damage, although this has a cooldown of 10 minutes and requires Union Level 40. • Her Outro Skill can provide a 15% All-Type DMG Deepen, which helps increase the party's overall DMG. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
| • Her ATK-scaling kit might not help her survive heavy-hitting attacks, so using DMG reduction Echoes are recommended. |
Verina is a premiere healing support and can be used in every single team that is not running Shorekeeper. Her Outro Skill is also strictly better than Baizhi's since the All-Type DMG Deepen affects the whole team rather than just the next character used.
Lastly, she has an Inherent Skill that allows her to protect a party member from fatal damage, which can also help counteract her squishiness. However, you can only unlock the Inherent Skill at Union Level 40.

Verina is a great all-around Support unit who specializes in healing and ATK buffs. Her Outro Skill can provide All-Type DMG Deepen which can increase the party's overall DMG. We recommend using equipment that provides Energy Regen and ATK% to frequently use her Resonance Liberation and increase her healing respectively.
| Main Echo | Explanation |
|---|---|
|
|
・Fallacy of No Return is Verina's best Echo. ・It provides 10% bonus Energy Regen to her. ・Gives 10% ATK bonus for 20s to all Resonators. ・Summon-type Echo, so it doesn't affect her rotations. ・Deals DMG that scales off HP, which Verina will often stack. |
|
|
・Provides general shield protection for the team. ・Increases DMG dealt and reduce incoming damage. ・Shield effect can transfer to the next character. ・Make sure to use Rejuvenating Glow sonata effect for Verina. |
|
|
・A good early game Echo for when you do not have the other options yet. ・Provides a shield after a successful charge hit. |

★★★ - Best Rejuvenating Glow can provide ATK buffs to the entire party aside from the healing bonus it provides. A support-healer like Verina will benefit from this greatly. Recommended Main Echo: |
|
(5-pc) |
★★☆ - 2nd Best Moonlit Clouds is a decent alternative since it provides Energy Regen and increases the ATK of the next Resonator. The only downside to this is that the ATK buff only affects one party member. Recommended Main Echo: |
List of All Echoes and Sonata Effects

|
Astral Evolvement Increase HP by 12%. Restore 8 Concerto Energy when casting Resonance Liberation. This effect can be triggered once every 20s. When casting Resonance Skill that heals, increase nearby party members' ATK by 14% for 30s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked. |
| 2 |
|
Ceaseless Aria When Resonance Skill is cast, restore 8 Concerto Energy. This effect can be triggered 1 time(s) every 20s. |
| 3 |
|
Stormy Resolution Increases Energy Regen by 12.8%. When dealing Basic Attack DMG, increases Basic Attack DMG Bonus by 3.2%, stacking up to 5 time(s). This effect lasts for 8s and can be triggered 1 time(s) every 0.5s. |
| 4 |
|
Pole of the Celestial Dome Casting Resonance Liberation increases the Resonator's Healing Bonus by 16% for 15s. |
| 5 |
|
Dawnbringer When Resonance Skill is cast, if the Resonator's HP is below 60%, heals them by 5% of their Max HP. This effect can be triggered 1 times(s) every 8s; if the Resonator's HP is above 60%, increases ATK by 12%, lasting for 10s. |
| 6 |
|
Crusade When Resonance Skill is cast, restores 8 Resonance Energy. This effect can be triggered 1 time(s) every 20s. |
Verina's best weapon choices are the Stellar Symphony and Variation for their Energy Regen stats and Concerto Energy generation effects, making her rotations a lot easier. If you have Variation at higher Syntony levels, we recommend that over a lower Stellar Symphony. Her gameplay is quite clunky, so having as much Concerto is a priority.
For other options, Call of the Abyss and Rectifier#25 are good options, as you can get these 4-star weapons for free via crafting or exploring Rinascita. For an early 3-star option, Rectifier of Voyager is decent enough but should be replaced later on.

| * Celestial Light is recommended as an early game option, but is better replaced with the Eternal Radiance set for Rover (Spectro) as you progress through the game. | |
If Verina is your only 5-star, you can start by using the Rover and Yangyang as your other units. Verina can provide ATK buffs to both Rover and Yangyang and heal them when they're low on health.
| 1 | Verina starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Once Yangyang is fully charged, switch to Yangyang. Verina's Outro Skill will increase Yangyang's ATK and provides the entire party with an All-Type DMG Deepen buff. |
| 3 | Keep attacking the enemy with Yangyang until her Resonance Liberation is up. Activate Yangyang's Resonance Liberation to group up small enemies. |
| 4 | Switch from Yangyang to Rover. Yangyang will restore some Resonance Energy for the Rover. |
| 5 | Attack with the Rover and use their Resonance Liberation whenever you can. |
| 5 | Repeat the steps until the enemy is felled. |

| *If you don't have Mortefi at S4, Moonlit Clouds is the better option. | |
| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
| | Main DPS Replacement Calcharo can increase his already absurd DMG with Verina's ATK buffs. |
| | Main DPS Replacement Danjin benefits from Verina's healing and ATK buffs, and also appreciates Mortefi's Heavy Attack Damage buff. |
| | Sub-DPS Replacement Aalto's Outro Skill can buff Jiyan's Aero DMG, while also contributing Aero Damage while he is on-field. |
| | Sub-DPS Replacement Yangyang can gather enemies with her Ultimate and provide Resonance Energy to Jiyan with her Outro Skill. |
This team revolves around buffing Jiyan's damage in battle using Verina and Mortefi's buffs. Verina will provide healing and ATK buffs to to Jiyan while Mortefi can increase Jiyan's Heavy Attack DMG.
| 1 | Verina starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. Use her Resonance Liberation if it is available, enabling Verina to do Coordinated Attacks. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Once Concerto Energy is fully charged, switch to Mortefi. Verina's Outro Skill will increase his ATK and provides the entire party with an All-Type DMG Deepen buff. |
| 3 | Keep attacking the enemy with Mortefi until his Resonance Liberation is up. Activate Mortefi's Resonance Liberation as soon as you can and then switch to Jiyan once Concerto Energy is full again, to increase the latter's Heavy Attack DMG with Mortefi's Outro Skill. |
| 4 | Use Jiyan's Resonance Liberation to enter Qingloong Mode and deal a lot of DMG with his Resonance Skill and Heavy Attacks. |
| 5 | Repeat the steps until the enemies are defeated. |

| | Sub-DPS Replacement Yinlin can use her Forte Circuit to unleash Coordinated Attacks via her Punishment Marks. |
| | Sub-DPS Replacement Mortefi can use his Resonance Liberation to unleash Coordinated Attacks. |
| | Sub-DPS Replacement Yuanwu is a free-to-play option that can unleash Coordinated Attacks through his Resonance Skill. |
Aside from Healing, Verina can also provide Coordinated Attacks with her Resonance Liberation. This is especially great for Jinhsi, since Coordinated Attacks can help stack up her Incandescence.
Zhezhi can also provide Coordinated Attacks through her Resonance Liberation and at the same time buff Jinhsi's overall DMG by buffing her Resonance Skill DMG.
| 1 | Verina starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. Use Verina's Resonance Liberation when it is available, as it allows her to perform Coordinated Attacks. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Once Concerto Energy is fully charged, switch to Jinhsi. Verina's Outro Skill will increase her ATK and provides the entire party with an All-Type DMG Deepen buff. |
| 3 | Use Overflowing Radiance right away, a variation of Jinhsi's Resonance Skill, and then follow it up with another Resonance Skill. Execute Jinhsi's Basic Attack combo until you reach Basic Attack 4, then, use the final variation of her Resonance Skill, Illuminous Epiphany, to gain Unison. Finally, swap out to Zhezhi. Note that Jinhsi will not consume Concerto Energy since Unison acts as its substitute. |
| 4 | As Zhezhi, use her optimal combo to charge her Resonance Liberation and unleash Inkling Spirits for Coordinated Attacks. Swap back to Jinhsi for her to utilize the Coordinated Attacks and gain a lot of Incandescence stacks, charging Jinhsi's Forte Circuit gauge. |
| 5 | As Jinhsi, make sure to fully charge her Forte Circuit gauge before using the Resonance Skill called Illuminous Epiphany to deal maximum damage. |
| 6 | Repeat the steps until the enemy is felled. |

Aside from the above teams, Verina is a versatile support Resonator who can work with any team that needs healing and buffs.
Her provided buffs are appreciated by all DPS Resonators, and she can stand in for Shorekeeper or be used as an upgrade for Baizhi in many different team compositions.
| Verina Gameplay Guide |
|---|
|
|
| ① | Swap to Verina without an Intro to automatically start from Basic Attack Stage 3. There, cast 3 Basic Attacks to gain 1 stack of Forte. |
|---|---|
| ② | Then, use her Resonance Skill to gain another Forte stack, and follow up with her Liberation. |
| ③ | Once you cast her Liberation, jump up in the air and do three Mid-air attacks to consumer her Forte. |
| ④ | When her Concerto is full, use her Outro to switch to the next Resonator. |

When you switch to Verina, your goal is to land all her core abilities such as her Resonance Skill and Ultimate. During her time on-field, do not forget to also use her Echo's ability, especially if it is the Bell-Borne Geochelone!
When switching to Verina, make sure that the Concerto Energy is fully charged so her Intro Skill activates.
This is important to do since landing her Intro Skill provides one stack of Photosynthesis Energy, her Forte Circuit's mechanic.
A trick that you can do with Verina is to use her Mid-air Attack right before she touches the ground. This allows you to do a 7-hit combo, efficiently charging Verina's Concerto Energy and also her Resonance Energy!
Note that it takes practice to consistently land this trick and it is easier to do on a flat surface such as sand and concrete floors.
Use Verina's Resonance Skill to deal Spectro DMG against enemies. More importantly, using it will give you another stack of Photosynthesis Energy. Do note that the ability does not need to hit enemies to get a stack!

Finally, use Verina's Ultimate to deal Spectro DMG, heal allies, and apply Photosynthesis Mark to targeted enemies.
After using Verina's Ultimate, the Concerto Energy should ideally be fully charged. Switch out to any character to trigger her Outro Skill. This gives a 15% All-Type DMG Deepen for 30 seconds to all party members!

After unlocking Gift of Nature, an ATK buff will be activated when Verina uses her Outro Skill. The buff also activates whenever Verina uses her Heavy Attack or Mid-air Attack when having a Photosynthesis Energy stack.

When you switch out from Verina, she does a Coordinated Attack when attacking enemies marked with the Photosynthesis Mark. Attacking these enemies will also heal allies!
| Combo |
|---|
| Swap into Verina (No Intro) → BA (x3) → Res. Skill → Res. Lib → Jump → BA (x3) → Echo Skill *→ Outro |
| * Echo Skill can be cast anytime during her combo. |
Verina's standard combo is fast if you utilize her soft swapping mechanic. This lets you cast Basic Attack Stage 3 instantly upon switching to her without an Intro Skill.
Upon entering the field, do 3 Basic Attacks and her Resonance Skill to gain 2 Forte stacks. Then, use her Liberation for healing and coordinated attacks. Next, jump into the air to cast Mid-air Attacks that consume her Forte. This will fill her Concerto, allowing her to use her Outro to the next Resonator.
| Combo |
|---|
| Intro Skill → Res. Skill (dodge cancel) → Basic Attack chain → Basic Attack chain |
Shown above is an efficient way to get full stacks of Photosynthesis Energy to charge Verina's Forte Circuit. You can opt not to dodge cancel Verina's Resonance Skill if you want it to actually deal damage.
| Combo |
|---|
| Intro Skill → Mid-air Attack Trick → Res. Skill (dodge cancel) → HA or MA1 |
If allies do not need healing and you just want Verina to quickly trigger her Outro Skill, do the combo shown above. This combo involves executing the Mid-air Attack trick that allows you to do a 7-hit combo.
While not shown in the video, Verina's Resonance Skill can again be dodge canceled. Doing this will still provide Concerto Energy.
After executing the combo, you can use Verina's ultimate, if it is available before switching out!
| Combo |
|---|
| HA → MA1 → MA2 → MA3 |
To consume all of Verina's Photosynthesis Energy stacks, long press the Basic Attack button and then complete her Mid-air Attack chain by attacking 3 times on air.
Do note that the main purpose of consuming Verina's stacks is to heal her allies. If you have unlocked the Inherent Skill called Gift of Nature, its effect can again be triggered when using Verina's Outro Skill.
| Combo |
|---|
| Res. Liberation → Echo → Switch Out |
When Verina's ultimate can be used and the Concerto Energy is full, use her ultimate to apply the Photosynthesis Mark on enemies.
Follow this up with the Echo Skill of the Bell-Borne Geochelone and then switch out to your DPS right away.

| Skill | Priority | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Normal Attack | ★☆☆☆☆ | You can skip out on upgrading Verina's Basic Attack since all it does is increase the damage dealt. As a Support unit, it's not necessary for her to deal damage. |
| Resonance Skill | ★★☆☆☆ | Just like Verina's Basic Attack, her Resonance Skill isn't necessary to upgrade since it only increases the damage dealt. |
| Forte Circuit | ★★★★★ | Verina's Forte Circuit is one of two important Fortes to upgrade since this increases the Starflower Bloom healing. |
| Resonance Liberation | ★★★★★ | Verina's Resonance Liberation is another source of healing and upgrading this Forte increases the amount of Coordinated Healing. |
| Intro Skill | ★☆☆☆☆ | Once again, you're not supposed to build Verina to deal damage and upgrading her Intro Skill simply increases the damage dealt. |
Verina's healing would come mostly from her Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation so you would want to level those up first. All of the other skills are of lower priority as they are only there to increase the Forte Circuit's stacks or charge up Verina's Concerto Energy.

| Verina heals the next character (or other characters on a nearby team that activates an Outro Skill) by 19% of her ATK per second for 6s. All characters on nearby teams gain 15% All-Type DMG Deepen for 30s. |
| Why We Recommend It | |
|---|---|
| S1 | ★★☆☆☆ - Okay Verina's supportive capabilities increase a bit with this node, as it gives an extra source of healing even while off-field. However, a majority of teams would want to play a sub-DPS on the field after Verina, making S1's value less than what it actually provides given their short on-field time to make way for the dedicated DPS. |
| S2 | ★★★★☆ - Great This is an exellent Sequence Node to have since this allows party members activate their Intro Skills a lot sooner. This also slightly helps Verina heal faster since it provides Photosynthetic Energy. |
| S3 | ★☆☆☆☆ - Mediocre Verina's Resonance Liberation will provide more healing. It doesn't offer that much value given its small increase and her healing is already quite good at S0. |
| S4 | ★★★★★ - Amazing Her S4 is an amazing node to have given it adds a new buff to Spectro Resonators. You'll receive a decent 15% Spectro DMG Bonus for 24s, which is great to have as an extra source of buffing. |
| S5 | ★☆☆☆☆ - Mediocre Verina's healing can save party members who are low in health. This is not necessary to get since Verina can easily provide a lot of healing without this Healing Bonus. |
| S6 | ★★☆☆☆ - Okay Verina's Starflowerblooms gains additional hits and increases the damage dealt. It doesn't really offer that much value, but is nice to have to increase her off-field attacks. |
| S1 | Moment of Emergence Outro Skill Blossom grants the next character a continuous Healing effect, recovering HP by 20% of Verina's ATK every 5s for 30s. |
|---|---|
| S2 | Sprouting Reflections Resonance Skill Botany Experiment additionally grants 1 [Photosynthetic Energy] and 10 Concerto Energy. |
| S3 | The Choice to Flourish Healing of Resonance Liberation's Photosynthesis Mark is increased by 12%. |
| S4 | Blossoming Embrace Heavy Attack Starflower Blooms, Mid-Air Attack Starflower Blooms, Resonance Liberation Arboreal Flourish and Trees Growth or Outro Skill Blossom, increases the Spectro DMG Bonus of all team members by 15% for 24s. |
| S5 | Miraculous Blooms When Verina heals a party member with HP less than 50%, her Healing is increased by 20%. |
| S6 | Joyous Harvest Heavy Attack Starflower Bloom and Mid-Air Attack Starflower Blooms deal 20% more damage. They will trigger Coordinated Attack 1 time and heal all characters nearby. The DMG of this Coordinated Attack and the Healing are equal to those of the Resonance Liberation's Photosynthesis Mark. |

It's simple! The "Guide-Kids" finally learned to count to 10 at school. It turned out that even though Verina doesn't provide the 12.5% and 25% crit buff like the Guardian, her faster concert energy charge time compensates for this damage (especially on C2). As a healer, she was always two steps ahead of the Guardian of the Shores.

is fallacy of no return really better than the big turtle with bell at the back? I've been using turtle since i got Verina. I never thought of fallacy as Verina best. I also want to know the exact dmg buff big turtle provide. Anyone knows that? Maybe it all comes down to subjective(survival vs more buff), or fallacy actually just better? Help
