One of the most common puzzles in the overworld involve Explosive Charges that should be used to burn away Vine Traps. These charges can be grabbed and thrown with the Levitator utility.
Throwing an Explosive Charge will detonate it on impact and burn away the vines, revealing more puzzle mechanisms or even chests underneath them!

In Encryption Block puzzles, you must pick up the Key Repeaters placed near the puzzle and place them on the tiles. Each Key Repeater has specific directions where they emit Decryption Pulses.
The solution to these puzzles is to light up all the tiles using the Decryption Pulses from the Key Repeaters by placing them in the correct tiles.
Corroders are used to destroy Spikes and clear the rock formations called Tacetite Clusters. Simply interact with a Corroder to make it follow you, then bring it to a Spike to destroy it.
Once a Spike is destroyed, the Corroder will be consumed. You'll need to look for other Corroders if there are multiple Spikes present. Some Corroders may be hidden or inaccessible, so you may need to investigate the vicinity.

Pressure Platforms are activated by being held down with either a weight block, an explosive charge, or the player character.
If there are multiple Pressure Platforms, you'll need to activate them simultaneously. Search the vicinity for different objects you can use to hold the platforms down.

To solve Training Dummy puzzles, simply look for them in the general area and hit them with any attack. You'll receive your reward when you've activated all Training Dummies.
Some Training Dummies will need to be activated in a specific order. Clues may be provided by Mutterflies or objects in the terrain.
Signal Hubs are solved by hacking the terminals connected to it. Use the Sensor to follow the wires connected to each terminal, then hack it by connecting the colored nodes.
Offshoot Cores involve connecting and aligning the beams from multiple drones into one, and pointing them towards the Offshoot Core.
Drones are turned by striking them, preferably with a ranged weapon.
Spinning Mechanisms are solved by simply rotating the layers to align and power up the lights.

Induction Cells are solved by inserting them into sockets. Some puzzles have multiple sockets and you'll need to sweep the area to find spare Induction Cells. Otherwise, you may have to backtrack and reuse the same Induction Cell moving forward.
Induction Cells and Transducers Puzzle Guide
Some puzzles require differently-colored Induction Cells. A Transducer is needed to change the color of an Induction Cell placed in it.

To solve Energy Matrix puzzles, puzzle pieces scattered near the grid must be picked up and rotated with the Levitator in order to place them on the grid. The dark blue areas must be covered by the pieces to solve the puzzle.
Magnetic Cubes need to be pushed by attacks to the blue square on the ground, and can only move in the highlighted directions on the arrow tiles.
Hitting a side of the cube will cause it to move along the highlighted path until it reaches another tile on the floor, and puzzles can have additional obstacles like walls in the way of the cube.
