- Special Anniv. Convene Banner Phase 1: Jiyan, Yinlin, Zhezhi, Xiangli Yao, Phoebe. Choose which character is going to be on rate up! Their weapon banners will also run together with the characters and you will be able to choose as well.
- Special Anniv. Convene Banner Phase 2: Jinhsi, Changli, Carlotta, Roccia, Brant. Their signature weapons will run alongside them in another Anniv. Convene Banner and you will be able to choose which one is on rate up.

Version 2.3 Optimizations and Changes
In addition to new content, Kuro Games also included a bunch of new optimizations that improves the experience of players when playing Wuthering Waves in Version 2.3:

| Echo Aspects | New way to change skins for the Glider and the Wings are added in the game. It starts with the free Anniversary Wings that are gonna be given away in Version 2.3. |
| Echo Main Stat Modification Item | A new item called the Modifier is introduced that allows players to change the main stat of an unleveled echo to any appropriate stat they want. Modifiers are obtained from events, Item Exchange, and Pioneer Podcast. |
| Ray Tracing and 120 FPS | Version 2.3 will add more GPU into the list of cards that can run the game in 120 FPS. In addition, select AMD and Intel cards will now have Ray Tracing support. |
| No CD for Boss Fights | Players can now restart overworld boss fights immediately after defeating them. An option to restart will appear after claiming the reward or after defeating them. |
| Glossary | During the story, some jargons will have clickable links that allows players to quickly see an explanation of what those words mean. This will most likely improve the gameplay experience for story-readers! |
| Download Size Optimization for PC | PC players can now enjoy smaller download size fromt he official launcher with it supporting incremental downloads. |
| Mobile Pre-loads | Starting in Version 2.3, the mobile versions (iOS and Android) of Wuthering Waves will now have preload! |

A new collaboration for the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners TV show is confirmed to come in 2026! We will be keeping a lookout for information and update you when we know more!
New Changli and Carlotta Summer Skins
Two new skins for Changli and Carlotta are announced to release in Version 2.4! An event that will allow you to get discount coupons that will slash off 300 Lunites from the skins is going to be available in Version 2.3 so stick around for more info!
