How to Get Rover Spectro Wavebands |

Rover Spectro Wavebands are obtained by progressing through Main Quests. The earliest Main Quest that rewards you with a Rover Spectro Waveband upon completion is Chapter 1 Act 3: Ominous Star.

You can get another Rover Spectro Waveband by completing the next Main Quest Chapter 1 Act 4: Clashing Blades.

Complete all objectives in level 6 of the Guidebook Milestone to earn another Rover Spectro Waveband.
Collect enough Sonance Caskets to reach level 5 and you'll receive a Rover Spectro Waveband as a reward, on top of Astrites and some Development Materials.
You can get two Rover Spectro Wavebands by leveling up your Windchimer Delivery. You can get one by reaching level 3 and another one upon reaching level 5.
To level this up, you need to collect Windchimers scattered around Mt. Firmament and delivering it to Xian'ge by the Hongzhen Resonance Nexus.
While Windchimers can already be collected as soon as you get to Mt. Firmament, Windchimer Delivery will only be available after completing Chapter 1 Act 7.
How to Get Rover Havoc Wavebands |

You can get a Rover Havoc Waveband by completing Chapter 1 Act 6 Grand Warstorm.

A Rover Havoc Waveband will be rewarded after completing Act 7 of Chapter 1, Dawn of Snowstorm.
Deliver more Sonance Caskets and reach level 8 to receive another Rover Havoc Waveband.
Wavebands for Future Rover types will become available when the next batch of Main Quests will be introduced in future updates.
They may also be implemented as rewards from Sonance Casket deliveries and milestones.

Select Rover in the Resonators or character menu then click the Resonance Chain tab on the left side of the screen. |

Select the Resonance Chain you wish to unlock and then click Activate. |
Rover Wavebands are used to unlock Resonance Chains for the Rover. Resonance Chains are passive skills that improve your combat capabilities.
