Lunite Subscription
The in-app purchase with the best bang for your buck is the Lunite Subscription, especially for low to medium spenders.
It gives 300 Lunites upfront and 90 Astrites daily for 30 days. With the Lunites converted, the Lunite Subscription gives a total of 3000 Astrites, which amounts to roughly 18 pulls for Gacha Banners.

Pioneer Podcast (Battle Pass)
The runner-up for the best in-app purchase is the Pioneer Podcast or the Battle Pass. You'll need to get some play time in however as the rewards are given at every level.
The Battle Pass contains an assortment of goodies like Astrites, Radiant Tides, Development Materials, Shell Credits, and more!

Lunite Currency with Double Bonus
If you haven't purchased Lunite directly yet, each pack will have a double bonus and will give you twice the amount when purchasing a pack for the first time.
For example, your first purchase of the $14.99 pack will give you 1960 Lunites. The double bonus for the $14.99 pack will then be used up and you'll get the original 980 Lunites instead.
Note: Spend responsibly! Once you've used up all double bonuses, you'll get drastically lower amounts of Lunite. Always think twice before you swipe for that limited banner!
