The Grand Architect is Schwarzloch, the leader of the Fractsidus in Wuthering Waves. Learn more about the Grand Architect, their known abilities, connection to the main story, and if they're playable here!

One of the choices that appear during Dawn Breaks on Dark Tides confirms that the Grand Architect is the leader of the Fractsidus. This is further reinforced by their interactions with the Fractsidus Overseers at the end of the main quest, as well as their previous appearance in Dreamcatchers in the Secret Gardens.
Dawn Breaks on Dark Tides Quest Guide

The Grand Architect appeared when Phrolova was alone to intervene in her efforts to save her friends and made manipulative suggestions to follow Cristoforo's plans first.

The Grand Architect played a part in Cristoforo's script, whose role was to stop Galbrena from slaying the Threnodian.
Notably, he referred to the Fractsidus as “children”, implying that they stand as either a parental or superior figure within their faction.

The Grand Architect's identity is revealed to be the Thousand-Faced Survivor, Schwarzloch. It is hinted that they have lived a long life, as they mention that they have dwelt in the world long enough for time to lose its meaning.
Note that due to their ability to change forms, it is possible that Schwarzloch is not the Grand Architect's real name, but likely one of the many aliases or monikers they adopted in their life.

During Phrolova's separation from Rover in the Fabricatorium of the Deep, the Grand Architect appeared to Phrolova in the form of Triss, Phrolova's deceased friend from the story.
Additionally, he also replicated an acolyte when Qiuyuan found him during the Stranger in a Strange Land Quest.
In Dawn Breaks on Dark Tides, it has been revealed that the Grand Architect can perfectly replicate frequencies and forge new bodies.
Their ability allows replicating even the concept of death, as shown when the Grand Architect mimicked Kharon, the ferryman of the dead.

It was revealed that the Grand Architect murdered Grandmaster Liang, who was Qiuyuan's master, in the Stranger in a Strange Land Quest. To make matters worse, Qiuyuan is being framed for committing this crime instead. As a result, he lost his position in the Internal Security Agency (ISA), making him a fugitive on the run from Mingting.
Stranger in a Strange Land Quest Guide

When the Grand Architect revealed that he knows Qiuyuan was sent by the Ministry of War to capture Scar, Qiuyuan instantly knew that the Grand Architect has eyes and ears in Mingting.
This could mean that the architect has schemes that stretch as far as Huanglong's capital city. It doesn't help the fact that the Grand Architect also teased that he has eyes everywhere.

The Grand Architect is potentially the main antagonist that Rover has yet to face in Wuthering Waves. As the presumed leader of the Fractsidus, they are likely to have orchestrated the major challenges our protagonist has faced in Solaris-III.
Although not much is truly known yet about the Grand Architect, they could likely be one of the primary reasons why Rover erased their memory.

The Grand Architect is not a playable character and is likely to be the final enemy that Rover must defeat to save Solaris-III from the Lament.
