Dropped by the Hyvatia Boss in Starward Riseway
The Hyvatia Echo is dropped by the Hyvatia overworld boss found in a circular arena below the long bridge in Starward Riseway, north of Startorch Academy. You can just go straight to this boss after unlocking the first Lahai-Roi Resonance Nexus during Chapter 3 Act 1 What Burns Beneath Frostlands.
