Who is Dhalifa?
NPC in Spacetrek Observatory
Dhalifa is an NPC found in the Spacetrek Observatory area in the Lahai-Roi region. She is a confirmed Resonator, and communicates mainly with the aid of her robot companion Talkie.
Players can encounter Dhalifa in the Frontier Renewal event, and can learn more about her by talking with her after rescuing Talkie from a group of Outcasts at the start of the event.

Was Previously Caught in a Void Storm
Dhalifa has verbal communication difficulties, due to experiencing a Void Storm at the Spacetrek Observatory in the past. Talkie accompanies her and is the one to expound on the short phrases that Dhalifa is able to deliver.
Has Awakened as a Resonator
Despite her speech impediment, Dhalifa is a confirmed Resonator, whose Forte Report can be found behind her upon meeting her during the start of the Frontier Renewal quest.
She interacts with machines to varying degrees, with the report stating that the reason she survived the Void Storm was through abosrbing parts of an Exoswarm robot to support her injuries from the storm.
Is Dhalifa Playable?
Currently Not Playable
Despite being a Resonator, and having a unique in-game model, Dhalifa is not playable at the moment.
There is also no news of her being added to the pool of playable characters, but should new info be released, then this page will be updated accordingly!
